It goes like this;  F (4 beats) A# (4 beats)  F (4 beats) C (4 beats).  Then it repeats those chords again, but at the 2nd half of the progression the turn around is slightly different, it goes;  F (4 beats) A# (4 beats) F (2 beats) C (2 beats) F (4 beats) with a little slide down the fret board on the 4th beat.  Those are the main 2 chunks of the chord progression!  Then just put those 2 chunks together and repeat those 8 bars, over and over.
